Here’s some news . . . Leadership is not an exact science! We hear leadership terms banded about, but are not exactly sure of the detail. Sure, you’ve come across these terms, but do you know what they really mean?

Which leadership style(s) do you think you exhibit?

Charismatic / Transformational / Transactional leadership?  Are you an Authentic leader?

Do you hold Legitimate Power / Coercive Power / Referent Power / Expert Power / Positional Power or Personal Power?

Are you an Authoritarian leader or do you have a Participative or Laissez-Faire leadership style?
